Not right for you? Just email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked. No forms, no proof of use required.

How to Request a Refund
Simple 3-Step Process:

- Include the email address used for your purchase and your order date
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Timeline
- Request Window: Within 30 days of your original purchase date
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we confirm your request
- Credit Appearance: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank)
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, you're welcome to keep any files you've already downloaded. You may also repurchase the product in the future at the then-current price.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, simply request it within 30 days of your original purchase. There's no requirement to prove you used the materials — if RESET isn't the right fit, we'd rather refund you quickly than make you jump through hoops.
Refund Review Process
Because digital products provide immediate access, we review each refund request individually. We reserve the right to decline requests in cases of clear abuse.
Patterns that may lead us to decline a refund include:
- Repeated refund requests (purchasing and refunding multiple times)
- Evidence of sharing or distributing the materials
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund
The vast majority of refund requests are processed without issue. We simply ask for good faith on both sides.
